RW Carbon’s current FAQ says shipped returns can carry a 15% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping. Installed products are generally not returnable unless there is a fitment issue.

The seller ties its fitment guarantee to proper professional installation and recommends a complete test fit before installation or alteration.

Damage deadline

The current policy asks buyers to report shipping damage within seven days and keep the product, packaging and shipping label unaltered for a claim.
